Romeo Romero Sigle offers personal training and movement coaching based on values of body liberation, positivity, inclusivity, and collective healing. With an anti-diet/pro-nourishment approach and commitment to honoring body-wisdom, Romeo supports people to get stronger, more flexible, and more embodied in their everyday movements.

Romeo brings a layered expertise to their movement coaching, drawing on experience from:

  • Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine

  • Circus Teacher Training at SHOW Circus Studio

  • 12 years of fitness enthusiasm

  • Masters Degree in Social Justice Education

  • 7 years as a transformative justice facilitator

  • Experience as a Former Eating Disorder Support Group Facilitator through the FEDUP Collective (Fighting Eating Disorders in Underrepresented Populations)

Romeo Romero Sigle is redefining our relationships to our bodies and to movement through coaching to unlearn diet culture, exercise for health and wellness, and build confidence and self-worth for people of all bodies, genders, races, and abilities.

Movement Coaching

  • The best option for anyone starting a new movement practice or looking to attain new movement and strength goals. This option gives you a monthly customized movement plan, weekly in-person training sessions, and quarterly video calls to discuss goals, reflections, and progress.

    1 session/week: $75/week for 3 months

    2 sessions/week: $150/week for 3 months

    3 sessions/week: $225/week for 3 months

  • This option is perfect for those who want to work with a buddy, partner, or friend. Two people can sign up together for semi-private coaching. This includes weekly in-person or virtual sessions with a monthly customizable movement plan (with adjustments and progressions tailored to each participant).

    100/week for 3 months (clients can choose how they want to split cost)

  • Perfect for those with a group of friends interested in moving together on a regular basis. We will set up a time and place to meet weekly, with a customized monthly movement plan tailored to the goals of the group. Virtual options are also available.

    $100/week for 3 months (up to 10 participants)

    $150/week for 3 months (10+ participants)

    (Group can decide how to split cost)

  • For those that are looking for a lighter-touch approach, consider hybrid coaching. This option comes with 1 in-person or virtual session per month + text check ins weekly in addition to a monthly customized movement plan and quarterly video calls to discuss goals, progress, and reflections.

    $35/week for 3 months

  • This is the best option for people who are familiar with basic movement patterns and good form. You will get monthly movement programs, a weekly text-check in, and quarterly video sessions to discuss goals & reflections.

    $25/week for 3 months.

  • I believe in making offerings available to as many people as possible, and recognize that monetary compensation isn’t always accessible. In lieu of sliding scale, I offer barter as an option for partial or full payment. If cost is a barrier, or if you prefer to barter, please let me know during your consultation.

    Examples of barter include:

    —Massage, Energy Work, or other Healing Practices
    —Housework (cleaning, cooking, organizing, handy-person projects) or Yard Work
    —Locally grown food
    —Other (let me know what you would like to offer!)
