Romeo Romero Sigle provides coaching, consulting, and facilitation services to social change-driven organizations. Areas of focus include: relational culture and restorative practices, leadership development, strategic planning, reflection and transition, team-building, program development, and curriculum design. 

Romeo brings a layered expertise to their work as a consultant, drawing upon 10 years as a community organizer, M. Ed degree in Social Justice Education from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and 5 years working in nonprofit leadership. They bring elements of social justice education, transformative justice, and relational organizing to their work with organizations to shift structures and cultures towards greater alignment and effectiveness.

  • I partner with Kelly Baker to offer strategic planning services. We support teams to produce strategic plans that are useful, actionable, and clear. We see ourselves as stewards of the process, supporting you– the experts of your organization– to create a plan that supports you to do your best, most impactful work with a clarity of purpose. As a partnership, we each come with our own areas of expertise that complement each other and help to bring a more holistic perspective to the strategic planning process.
